Central Valley Bright Spot in July Inventory Report

The July home sales climbed
to the highest level in nearly three
years!  Right off, I want to say,
that we are still constrained with low inventory levels at 3.3 months of
inventory.  Although sales continued to
improve, the number of active listings dropped modestly from last year.
